Green Can - Refreshing, complex, semi-dry, unfiltered. 51% Bittersweet cider apples, 49% heirlooms. As with all our cider: all ripe, local NY fruit, pressed fresh in the fall. Great cider in a can. Un-sweet.
50% Bittersweet cider apples (Dabinett, Chisel Jersey), 50% Heirlooms (Ben Davis, Ida Red, Granny Smith, Golden Russet).
