From small, 4-acre unsprayed orchard planted by Ray & Barbara Reynolds from 1984-2006. It has over 200 varieties planted, including rare & heirloom apples. The harvest was picked by hand. Wild Fermented, Dry, Sparkling.

Tasting Notes: Light caramel color. Lively bubble. Aromas of honey, caramel, pear, green tea. Flavors of pear, buckwheat honey. Smooth, lingering tea leaf finish. Clean & flavorful.
