Naturally Sparkling. Brut nature.Traditional Method (methode champenoise) cider from three 20 year old Kingston Black trees on a small 1/4 acre mature cider orchard, plus our own. Organic.
Tasting Notes: Golden amber color with a medium delicate bubble. Aromas of rose and spring flowers, neroli, spice and leather. Full-bodies with floral and citrus flavors on the palate. Elegant and complex.
Pairings: roast chicken, cheese and pork, or all by itself with attention to detail.
