I am not exaggerating in the least: Golden Russet juice is probably the best unfermented 'cider' you may have ever had! I say 'cider' in quotes because I am talking about fresh-pressed, unfermented apple juice - what most of us grew up calling 'cider'.
This is the juice that we drink at home whenever we can!
We have enough Golden Russets this year to offer some to you as unfermented fresh-pressed juice! This fruit is coming from an orchard that I helped establish near Geneva by taking cuttings from my favorite Golden Russet trees and having them grafted and planted.
