Destiny La Vibe is a NY-based sultry & soulful New Soul artist with unique vocal textures that range from thrilling saxophone-like high notes with rich middle & low notes that flow like honey. This powerhouse singer makes you feel the depth of her lyrics and melody as she sings with great vocal agility and range.

Destiny wrote her lyrics and produced her vocal arrangements, breaking onto the music scene during the Summer of 2022, releasing her first album "Up Down Love" (Sep '22). Her single “Call Me in the Morning” from her debut album went to a #6 on the UK Soul Chart Breakers on 9/3/2022. Her sophomore album titled "Positive Vibes Only" drops on 12/22/2023. The first single from it was "Starlight" released on 2/17/2023, went to #8 on the UK Soul Chart Breakers. Her single "Drum Roll" released in May of 2023 went to #23 on the American Urban Influencers UK Chart and on 6/9/2023 this single caused Destiny to be named one of the UK Top 4 Buzzin Artists by Urban Influencer Radio.

The Papa Muse duo will return to South Hill Cider, playing an assortment of catchy original songs, often with an empowering theme, and some select cover tunes done in their own fashion. The local dynamic duo utilizes vocal harmonies, acoustic guitar, and cajon drum for a full, melodic, and driving sound. Described as "indie world," the songwriting style blends danceable African rhythms with Reggae, Ska, funk, and progressive rock to weave a tapestry that is unique to the longstanding Ithaca-based artist.

Keys, bass and drums, an electric trio: Wingnut has developed a telepathic like communication between players Michael Stark, Walt Lorenzut, and Zaun Marshburn, allowing for deep, energized improvisations and unexpected surprises within a large repertoire of originals. 2025 marks the group's 28th year of writing and playing music together!

For several years Wingnut has had the opportunity to study, collaborate and perform with world renowned cellist/ improviser/ composer Hank Roberts. Other guests have included saxophonist and composer Keir Neuringer, singer Jen Middaugh and turntablist DJ MOP.

The Wingnut band members are involved in many other diverse musical projects aswell, continuously inspired and drawing from new influences.

The Amalgamators are a music trio based in Ithaca, NY, featuring Travis Forte on bass, Steve Gabriel on drums, and Camilo Nascimento on guitar. They play original and vintage instrumentals ranging from American Surf Rock to French Swing and Brazilian Bossa Nova tunes.

Cast Iron Cowboys is a six piece country western band whose sound finds a sweet spot between classic blues and homegrown folk. First formed in early 2022, the Cowboys developed a style all their own. Inspired by Appalachian fiddle & banjo bluegrass and vintage country blues, the Cowboys combine a diverse mix of influences across American roots music, breathing new energy into an antique sound. Their ever-expanding repertoire includes original music and covers from a number of decades. Songs are led and sung in harmony by five of the Cowboys and line dancing, taught by band members or local experts, is a staple of their recurring performances. The band creates a welcoming environment with friendly instruction, often accompanied by honky tonk angels ready to help first-timers along. The band’s catalog of music also provides opportunities to two-step, waltz, swing, and stomp your boots along with the Cowboys on stage.

Founders Max Moses and Josh Chamberlain started this adventure because of their sheer passion to perform - and importantly, their love of music that gets people dancing. Max Moses (guitar), Josh Chamberlain (bass), Nate Marshall (piano/harmonica), Joe Hayward (banjo/pedal steel), Zeb Whitford (drums), and Margaret Harper (vocals/mandolin) drive forward a rousing effort that will bring you back to the classics, teach you new ways to move, and leave you wanting more.

Cast Iron Cowboys steadily grows their dedicated fan base, consistently packing venues and adding new friends to the Cast Iron Community. They perform often in Tompkins County, and have taken their talents to cities across New York and PA.  

The band’s most recent milestones came in July of 2024 with two performances and the All-star Jam at the 32nd annual Finger Lakes GrassRoots Festival the final jam with Donna the Buffalo, and a debut release of original live recordings titled "First Four Miles,” found on all online music streaming platforms.

Aaron is from Naples, NY and has been a professional musician since age 16. From performing on stage, recording in the studio and teaching lessons, he has found his place in music . Throughout a multitude of different genre adventures and instrumentation, he has found home in traditional Appalachian old time music, classic bluegrass sounds, and the blues - all fused into a new sound of the next generation, while paying tribute to the traditions of our ancestors.

Since their inception in 1999, the Sim Redmond Band has been steadily on the rise, forging new ground in roots music. Traveling around the globe, playing with the likes of Habib Koite, the Neville Brothers, the Wailers, Jimmy Cliff, and moe. in some of the most beautiful venues in the U.S. and Japan. SRB's unique blend of Roots-Rock, African, and Jamaican music continues to spread like wild fire.

They are based in Ithaca, NY but their magnetic pole is Africa, particularly the sounds eminating from West & South Africa. This has served as a pivot for the Sim Redmond Band to spring into straight rock grooves and pumping reggae. The vocals of Sim Redmond, Jen Middaugh, and Nate Silas Richardson combine to create beautiful, rich harmonies that soar above their reverberating grooves.

The music of the Sim Redmond Band has reached the hearts of people all around the world. They have toured extensively in the U.S and Japan, bringing together sounds and people from all walks of life. Their uplifting, optimistic music is infectious. It will brighten your day, open your heart, and strengthen your resolve to make a positive impact on this crazy world we all share.

Mathis Haug's story begins in 1976 in Pforzheim, Germany, "the city of goldsmiths", in the heart of the Black Forest. At the age of 15, Mathis bought his first guitar: an electric Gibson Les Paul copy, unearthed in Germany. At the age of 18, Mathis came of age and working in his native country. Then, he returned to France, to Nîmes. He composed and started touring in cafés-concerts.

"5", Mathis & the Mathematiks' album, was released in spring 2005 Spain, caught the eye of Diego Alfredo Manrique - the "Spanish Philippe Manœuvre" - and was a hit. 

Noticed by blues label Dixie Frog, he recorded his first solo album Playing my dues (2011). He worked with harmonica player Jean-Jacques Milteau, who produced the superb Distance (2013), before releasing Wild country, a country-world music album already on the roads of the American continent. The Concerts followed one another in France and abroad.

Today, Mathis combines his family life (he has three children, Elsie, Arlo and Mila), with his work as a musician and as an artistic consultant. In April 2022, Mathis Haug released album, a tribute to Doc Watson album, a wonderful servant of traditional American music. Melting pot, American wheels, sharing of sounds. This project like is the summary of the path that Mathis Haug is tirelessly tracing. From the Black Forest to tthe great American, without forgetting the Gorges du Gardon. Always in search of sound.

Rose & The Bros are a powerhouse ensemble rooted in the older Zydeco tradition, with the addition of crooning vocal harmonies and country music influence.

The band has a distinctive rhythmic presence which is based in the Louisiana sound, with additional Reggae and melodic drum tones. The band's goal has been to stay true to their own musical voices, while having a strong obligation to the Zydeco dancer in their tempos and musical feel.

Heavy Bone was conceived in late 2023 outside of Ithaca, New York. The rhythms of zydeco are deep-rooted in each member, following the listening at the Trumansburg Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance. This band is certified to bring the energy and keep your boots stompin’ with contagious rhythms, catchy lyrics, and thumpin’ drums.

Banjo player Richie Stearns and fiddler Rosie Newton grew up 150 miles and a few decades apart, but the fated combination of their unique skills, varied musical influences, and honest storytelling comes together to achieve their common goal: to create music people can connect with.

Richie earned himself a name with genre-bending Ithaca-based band the Horse Flies and through collaborations with Natalie Merchant and Donna the Buffalo. His career has spanned decades and he has toured internationally with legends like Bela Fleck, Pete Seeger, David Byrne, Billy Bragg + Wilco, and Joan Baez.

Rosie grew up steeped in roots music, touring with acclaimed folk-rock act the Mammals when she was still in high school. In addition to fronting the Ithaca's Rose & the Bros, in which she plays accordion, Rosie has played fiddle alongside the Duhks, Preston Frank, the Pearly Snaps, Red Dog Run, and the Evil City Stringband (the last two with Stearns).

Richie and Rosie's music finds itself at a junction of Americana, old-time, and folk, bringing a new sound to traditional music with trance-like, boundary pushing instrumental arrangements and angelic harmonies.
