Back by popular demand! There was standing room only at our last Fried Chicken Sunday and we’re so excited to have The Cantina Ramblers back for another round in March!
The Piggery's Founders/Chefs/Farmers, Brad Marshall and Heather Sandford, will be serving up his house made fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, apple cabbage slaw, honey cornbread and more...
Born in the heart of Texas and raised in New York, Mijail Martinez is a singer-songwriter who lives in blended worlds. Together with his band,The Cantina Ramblers— mixing elements of Rumba, Tejano, Folk, and Honky-Tonk Country to make songs in Spanish, English, and French.
An avid street-performer and troubadour, seen from the nyc subway to the vinyards of wine country— street corners in Mexico City, Austin, San Antonio, Albuquerque, to the bars and cantinas of the open road, always seeking inspiration by a life in poetry and song. Skeptical of the conventional, his EP "Carnaval Blues on The Road" features a mix of captured moments and live recordings, giving listeners a glimpse into the life of a traveling singer-poet.
