Flights available each day that we are open (Thursday thru Monday)

Flights include pours from more specialty bottles:

Dabinett Baldwin - Dry, still. Slight effervescence similar to vino verde. Floral, beeswax and light honey.

Keeved - Pet-nat. Significant character in texture and aroma from the tannic and rare cider apples.

Bluegrass Russet - Semi-dry, sparkling. Bright and bubbly, perfect summer sipper.

Perry - Dry, sparkling. Three pear varieties, no dosage but with a natural perceived sweetness. Fine creamy bubbles.

Each flight will be paired with:

Remembrance Farms Feta Cheese w/ house-made herb dressing

Manchego Cheese w/ chipotle sauce and a sweet red pepper jam

House-made Cider Cheese w/ watermelon radish

Couronne Brie w/ Membrillo

*served with crostini or GF crackers
