Chisel Jersey Keeved is a cider that shows significant character in texture and aroma both from the tannic cider apple it is made from, and the technique. It is made in the traditional French method which includes mythical and legendary techniques such as maceration and keeving. It undergoes a long, slow fermentation and is bottled before fully fermented to create a petillant naturel sparkling cider. 100% Chisel Jersey,
