2022 BACCHUS CO-FERMENT
We sourced Gewürztraminer skins from Sheldrake Point on Cayuga Lake toferment with Golden Russet juice. The result is a lightly floral and tropical co-ferment that drinks like a sparkling wine.
Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, chrysanthemum, rose, ripe papaya, lots of bubbles, floral (hops).
Pairings: Carbonara, wild mushroom risotto, taleggio, bbq sausage w/ peppers & onions & brown mustard
