2022 Old time cider
Off-dry. Naturally Sparkling. Our Old-Time cider is always an homage to old traditional cider-making, made the same way it traditionally was. A blend of heirloom and tannic apples. Old Time is a crowd pleaser as well as a timeless creation that we look forward to every year.
The name Old-Time is a nod to both the cidermakers from past generations who produced ciders from these trees and to the style of music cidermaker Steve plays: American old-time music.
Tasting notes: Grassy and herbaceous, cantaloupe, lime pith
Pair with: Warm tomato salad with Burrata and crispy bread, Cod or Haddock tacos
